• It is easy to use – it does not require expenses or medical intervention
• It does not imply any devices or medications
• Does not have side effects.
• If used correctly the effectiveness of the method is 85 percent. To increase effectiveness you can use some chemical method of contraception.

Minuses

• You cannot use this method of contraception if the man suffers from early ejaculation or he has some difficulties with taking the penis out of the vagina before ejaculation
• Being nervous the woman is unlikely to achieve orgasm. In fact both partners cannot relax, concentrate on their sensations and achieve complete satisfaction.
• Natural penile lubricant might contain sperm!
• This method does not protect you from getting infected with a sexually transmitted disease.
